Parhelia will be supporting Anathema on Friday 27th February in The Button Factory, Dublin and Saturday 28th February in the Cypress Avenue, Cork. Again, if you're planning on dropping in to these gig's make sure to book your tickets well in advance, it's been more than a few years since Anathema visited Ireland so I'd expect these gig's to sell out.

At last we've managed to get the remaining time and money to finish off the recording, mixing and mastering of the new cd. Check back next week for some samples of the finished product.
Artwork, Layout & Duplication are another matter but, all going plan, the cd will be with us by April 2009 if not earlier.
The album will be called Shifting Sands and will contain 6 new tracks clocking in at around 40 minutes in total.
A Digital Download service is now available from this site. All of our songs can be downloaded for €0.99 per song, or special prices for all songs from a particular cd. Each song is encoded in high quality mp3 format and you can listen to a 30 second sample of the song before you buy it.
The media page has been updated with Video's & Images from our recording session at Manor Park Studio in October.
There's good news and bad news. First the good, 95% of the new album has been recorded in Manor Park Studio over the last week. Now the bad, due to the studio's busy schedule and our present lack of funds the album will probably not see the light of day until April 2009.
In the meantime, here is a rough unmixed sample of what we have been working on, enjoy.
Untitled Track 
We have a new 4 Track cd available to tide you over until our album release. This cd contains 3 tracks recorded Live & Unplugged at the Jailhouse Studio in Norway from April 2006 along with the first Parhelia demo track ever recorded. The cd is on sale directly from our shop pag, click here.
As usual any money made from this cd will directly help finance our forthcoming album, so help us out and pick up a copy!

- We are currently writing and rehearsing for the new Parhelia album. We will begin recording 6 new tracks in October, once again in Manor Park Studios with an estimated release of January 2009.

- Finally, Parhelia welcomes Phil Clarke to band. Some of you may have seen him helping out on guitar at recent gig's. Phil had been drafted in as a session musician for these gig's and will now remain in the band full time, participating on the new album and all future gigs.
